Dental guarantee you can truly rely on

We craft dental restorations to the highest European standards and provide a comprehensive 3-year warranty on them. For all other dental work we perform, we offer a six-month warranty.
The guarantee period begins upon completion of the entire treatment plan established during the initial assessment.

As is standard in all medical fields, we do not guarantee the success of the treatment (achieving the desired outcome), but rather the high-quality work performed according to professional standards.
This is because the success of treatment depends on many factors beyond our control, such as individual biological conditions, psychological factors, and more.

Centrocc Dental’s warranty does not apply in the following cases:

• Repairs of teeth or dental restorations performed by Centrocc Dental must not be carried out by others.
• The annual check-up has not been attended.
• The issue is caused by natural wear of the periodontium or jawbone.
• The issue is caused by significant weight loss or gain within a short period, or by general diseases negatively affecting the masticatory system (such as diabetes, epilepsy, osteoporosis, or following radiation or cytostatic therapy).
• Oral hygiene has been neglected.

Appointment Cancellation Policy

Please inform us at least 24 hours before your scheduled treatment if you are unable to attend. Otherwise, a standby fee of 10,000 HUF will be charged for every half hour.
